What services do you offer?
We deliver end-to-end solutions in electrical & solar, civil/construction, AC installation & maintenance, CCTV/security, fire detection & fighting, power line construction (LV/HV), and architecture/design—from site survey and design to installation, testing, handover, and after-sales support.
How do I get started?
Book a Free Site Visit or Request a Quick Quote. We assess your needs, confirm scope and timelines, and send a fixed quotation with a clear BOQ and schedule.
What areas do you cover?
We serve homes, businesses, and institutions across Uganda. For remote sites, we confirm logistics/lead times before scheduling.
What’s included in your quote?
A detailed scope of work, BOQ, timeline, payment milestones, warranties, and any assumptions/exclusions. Where relevant, we include basic drawings (SLDs/layouts) and options (Good/Better/Best).
How do payments work?
Commonly deposit on award, progress payments at milestones, and balance at completion. Invoices are due within the agreed term (e.g., 7–14 days). After-hours emergency call-outs may have a minimum fee.
What if I change my mind after work starts?
Changes are handled via a Variation: we document the change, price/time impact, and get your approval before proceeding—no surprises.

What is your 3-step process?
Assess & Plan → Design & Quote → Deliver & Support. Site visit, measurements, and safety checks; then engineering design with a fixed quote; finally neat, code-compliant installation, testing, handover, and 24/7 aftercare.
Do you use certified materials?
Yes. We specify brand-certified, standards-compliant components and document QA/QC at delivery and installation.
What warranties do I get?
Manufacturer warranties on equipment (panels, inverters, batteries, AC units, detectors, cameras, etc.) plus a workmanship warranty (typically 12 months). Details appear in your quote/contract.
How do you ensure safety and compliance?
Trained, licensed teams follow electrical/building/fire codes and HSE procedures. We provide test & commissioning certificates at handover (e.g., earthing, RCD tests, insulation).
Do I need batteries for solar?
Not strictly. A grid-tied hybrid works without batteries, but lithium batteries improve outage resilience and self-consumption. We’ll size options to your goals and budget.
How do you size AC correctly?
We do heat-load calculations (room size, occupants, glazing, orientation) to select efficient units (split, cassette, VRF/VRV). Correct sizing reduces power bills and improves comfort.
